Terms and Conditions of Service
By purchasing, applying, or engaging with any of the services (including but not limited to individual and group sessions, facilitation, programs, events, or online activities and videos etc.) or any application of any guidance (including but not limited to coaching, consultation, training, strategic advice, or courses etc.) provided and supplied by Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC (and any agents working on our behalf), you, your dependents, audience, and/or organization agree to the following terms, understandings and conditions:
Confidentiality
The content of consulting and coaching conversations are confidential and shall remain so after the termination of our joint work.
Consulting Clients:
Information will only be shared with those within working directly with the project on an as needed basis. Client names and contact information can be accessed by affiliated persons (staff, contractors) of Grounding Truths LLC for invoicing and other operational needs.
Coaching Clients:
You understand that coaching conversations are confidential, unless a legal or ethical issue is involved that poses immediate harm to yourself or another individual. A record of coaching clients will be kept and shared with affiliated persons (staff, contractors, mentors) of Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation for credentialing purposes. Client names and contact information can be accessed by affiliated persons (staff, contractors) of Grounding Truths LLC for invoicing and other operational needs.
Special requests for session recording(s) will be made on specific occasions and will only proceed with your explicit permission (a separate agreement will be signed). The recording(s) will be reviewed by a Senior Coach Mentor as part of the Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation credentialing and training process.
Coaching Process Agreements
You understand that you initiate scheduling and the phone call (or other means of communication) during the designated time. Calls may occur via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or other service by mutual agreement as needed. You may call anytime during the designated meeting time. Rescheduling or cancellations can occur at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting (72 hours preferred). One emergency or no show cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is permitted without charge. Additional no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged full price.
- 1You determine the focus of the coaching and may change it at any time. The coach offers insights, suggestions, and proposals. You decide which actions to take.
- 2As circumstances warrant, to retain focus on your agenda, the coach may interrupt you.
- 3If disconnection (such as upset or discomfort) occurs, raise it immediately (or in a timely manner) with Alethia Jones so an appropriate resolution can be found that supports your goals.
- 4Abusive language, bullying, threats, and other intentionally negative actions that seek to cause physical, emotional, mental or spiritual harm by any party breach the terms of service. Cancellation with full or partial refund may occur.

Refund Policy
You understand that if you are not satisfied with the services or guidance provided you may request a refund without consequence, unless otherwise indicated and detailed at the point of purchase or contractual signing, including third-party contract agreements. Full or partial refunds will be granted at the discretion of Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC.
Clarification of Service
By purchasing, applying, or engaging with any of the services or guidance provided by Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf you agree and understand that the terms “soul work,” “self-care,” “spiritual care,” “heart healing,” “healing,” “spiritual healing,” and any terms of similar sentiment do not constitute, nor refer to, any assessment, diagnosis, cure, or treatment of any medical or mental health disorder. These terms do not constitute, nor refer to, any pharmaceutical or psychiatric treatments. The use of these terms is suggestive.
Medical Disclaimer
Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Regardless of our credentials (including any trained or licensed medical professionals), we are not operating as a medical provider. Our services and guidance should never be used in replacement of nor substitute for the treatment of a medical disorder, illness, or emergency of any kind. It is your sole responsibility to assess your need for medical support, aftercare, or attention and acquire it in connection with any services or guidance purchased or applied, regardless of your medical status.
Mental Health Disclaimer
Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf are not licensed in mental health, psychiatric or trauma assessment or treatment, and do not provide therapy or hold that particular kind of therapeutic space. We are not mental health treatment providers, and our services and guidance are not recommended for people with unstable mental health conditions, those who are in crisis, psychosis or those who are experiencing substantial active trauma. No matter your mental health status, it is your sole responsibility to assess your need for and acquire any mental health support, aftercare, or attention as a result of or in connection with any services or advice purchased or applied.
Voluntary Release of Responsibility and Liability
By purchasing, applying, or engaging with any of the services or guidance provided by Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf, you agree not to hold us legally responsible for any physical, emotional, mental, organizational, economic, circumstantial, or other effects that may occur due to purchase or application of our advice or services.
You understand that you are responsible for your support, aftercare, or attention needed to address concerns or challenges that arise. You understand that purchase or application of our services and guidance engages past and current concerns and challenges and invites new ones. You understand that usually these states are temporary and with time they often resolve but no guarantees can be provided about their resolution. By purchasing or applying our services or advice, you understand that Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf do not guarantee any specific result and that we are unable to predict or control what any outcome may be. Failure to experience improvement, enhancement, or reprieve in your problems, concerns, or challenges is your sole responsibility.
By purchasing or applying our services or advice, you voluntarily consent to and take full responsibility for all of the above terms and conditions. You consent to having completed due diligence by accessing these terms and conditions in the event your purchase or application was enabled by a third-party in contract (such as an organizational representative, administrative assistant, or event organizer, etc.) thereby conferring your consent regardless of the actual nature or extent of your due diligence. By purchasing or applying our services or advice, you assume all risk associated with this uncertainty. You agree to fully release and hold harmless Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any of agents working on our behalf from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with the above-mentioned services, advice or work.
Consent and Termination Notification
You understand that you are free, at any time, to withdraw your consent by discontinuing participation, application, or engagement of these services or advice. You also understand that Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf may terminate our professional relationship for any reason, including but not limited to ceasing access to any online platforms.
By signing or participating in services, you agree that you have had the opportunity to review the provisions above. In addition, you agree to release Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf from any liability surrounding our services and guidance.
Amendments
The Terms of Service can be amended by Alethia Jones, Grounding Truths LLC or any agents working on our behalf at any time by reasonable notice.
